Return Policy. If you are not fully satisfied within 10 days of your purchase of a Full-Sail or Luxury Edition product or a Life System simply fill out a quick survey to tell you how the product did not meet your expectations and ask for your money back. Return instructions will be sent to those requesting a refund for the Luxury product package. Upon receipt of your package in original ship condition, your refund will be processed. Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs. No refunds are available for digital-only products.
