“10 Minutes to Transformation” facilitator-led, topical visualizations or meditations that allow you to come back to your center followed by quick check-ins around the circle.
Members of each group decide on future topics to explore. Some ideas: faith, hope, love, healing, growth, passion, beauty, gratitude, intuition, balance, vision, attraction, connection, choice, action, service, spirituality, meaning, movement, momentum and more!
